• Check that the club shaft is parallel to your toe line when your hands reach hip height in the downswing.
• Ensure the club head stays level with your hands at delivery rather than stuck behind or thrown out in front.
• Perform two slow rehearsal swings to feel the delivery checkpoint before making full contact on the third swing.
• For steep swings, feel arms down and thumbs down; for overly shallow swings, feel higher and outside to find neutral.
