How to play a par 5 like a golf PRO!

In this quick course management clip, Simon from Golf Mates demonstrates how to strategically play a par 5. He highlights the importance of hitting 'speed slots' off the tee and explains how to adjust your aim when dealing with a ball-below-feet lie to set up a birdie opportunity.

• Identify and aim for 'speed slots' on the fairway to maximize roll-out on long holes.
• When the ball is below your feet, compensate for the natural left-to-right drift by aiming further left (for right-handed golfers).
• Take extra time to assess your alignment and stance on uneven lies to ensure clean contact.
• Playing for position rather than just distance can turn a difficult par 5 into a birdie opportunity.
