Creator Hit Bombs breaks down the signature smooth swing of PGA Tour professional Jake Knapp. The video highlights how Knapp achieves incredible distance through perfect rhythm and a tension-free transition, making high-speed shots look effortless.
Focus on a smooth, wide backswing to create potential energy without tension.
Avoid 'rushing from the top'; let the transition happen naturally to maintain clubhead lag.
Maintain a consistent rhythm where the backswing and downswing feel like one continuous motion.
