Helpful Fairway Bunker Thoughts #golfswing #golftips

In this instruction, Meandmygolf outlines essential techniques for making clean contact from fairway bunkers. By picking a club with enough loft to clear the lip, moving ball position back slightly, and focusing on clipping the ball off the top of the sand, golfers can consistently achieve crisp, ball-first contact.

• Select a club with sufficient loft to guarantee clearing the bunker lip.
• Move your ball position back roughly one ball width in your stance to prevent bottoming out early.
• Focus on the intent to clip the ball cleanly off the top of the sand without taking deep sand.
