MAKING A GUNSLINGER #GOLF #GOLFLESSON #GOLFSWING #WILDBILLMEHLHORN #SALMONTE

In this lesson from Monte's Golf, the instructor emphasizes the importance of target visualization over technical swing mechanics at address. He advises golfers to complete mechanical drills off to the side so they can focus strictly on ball flight and react naturally when standing over the ball.

• Separate mechanical swing thoughts from your actual shot execution; do mechanical drills away from the ball.
• Look down target and visualize the intended ball flight immediately before starting your backswing.
• Avoid staring at the ball for seconds without looking down target—adopt a quick 'look and go' routine.
• Use visual obstacles like chairs in practice to subconsciously shape swing path without overthinking mechanics.
