8 Days To Elite Golf: AI Reveals SECRET Swing Transformation! #shorts

RotarySwing.com demonstrates a rapid swing transformation using their AI GOAT scoring system. The video highlights how an elite impact position is achieved by snapping the lead knee straight to act as a brake, facilitating effortless clubhead speed and energy transfer.

• Avoid driving the trail knee into the lead knee, which causes 'hanging back' and energy loss.
• A straight lead knee at impact acts as a 'brake' that allows the club to snap past the body for maximum speed.
• A bent lead knee at impact absorbs energy and leads to a 'dragging' clubhead movement.
• Effortless speed is driven by 'core sling' mechanics rather than raw physical effort.
• Using AI scoring (GOAT) can provide objective feedback on movement pattern improvements.
