How to CORRECTLY take a Drop on the Golf Course! #golfdrills #improveyourgolf

Swing Quest Golf explains the correct procedure for taking a relief drop under the modern rules of golf. The instructor clarifies that 'knee high' refers to the height of the knee while standing upright, ensuring golfers don't accidentally incur penalties by dropping from the wrong height.

• Modern golf rules require dropping the ball from knee height while standing upright.
• A legal drop must not touch the golfer's body or their equipment before hitting the ground.
• Avoid the mistake of crouching down; 'knee high' is a specific measurement of height, not a physical location on the ground.
