PGA Coach Chris Ryan introduces the Two Walls visualization concept to help golfers improve body turn and weight transfer. By turning the trail shoulder away from an imaginary wall on the backswing and driving into a lead-side wall on the downswing, players eliminate lateral swaying and hit crisper iron shots.
Visualize an imaginary wall touching the outside of your trail shoulder at address.
Turn your trail shoulder behind you and away from the wall on the backswing instead of swaying into it.
Drive your lead shoulder into an imaginary wall on your lead side during the downswing for proper weight shift.
